Cajun Connection Cafe is a result of twenty years of restaurant experience in New Orleans, Louisiana.  Nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Cajun Connection provides a Mardi Gras atmosphere of good times and great friends while serving the best New Orleans cuisine this side of the Big Easy!

Cajun cuisine has long been thought to consist mainly of Cayenne pepper and heat.  Actually, this unique cuisine is about FLAVOR!  Through the use of spices, herbs and vegetables, we layer combinations of flavors through our seafood and New Orleans specialties that we prepare fresh daily.
