New Orleans cuisine is how the Cajun Connection began in 2003.This flavorful cuisine is often thought of as hot and spicy its actually about flavor, which is done through proper cooking techniques using herbs,fresh seafood and vegetables. Our Gulf Coast Seafood include Oysters, Shrimp, Crawfish, Gator, Grouper and Crab, in dishes that include Seafood Gumbo, Shrimp Ettoufe, Chicken Creole and more.
